Hi everyone! After years of wanting to purchase into DVC my husband and I closed on a 225 pt. DVC Resale contract at Animal Kingdom on 1/13 and we also purchased a 125 point direct contract at Animal Kingdom as well to get our blue card. Direct points were loaded within days and I was able to book the first part of our split stay in the summer but the resale contract has not even been posted into my DVC account yet and it’s been over a month since we closed. I called Member Services and they could not offer any information until the contract is posted and points are loaded into my account and referred me to Member Administration. Member Administration can only be contacted via email and I sent a few emails to them regarding this and did not get a response. Has anyone else had this issue before? I didn’t expect it to be anywhere near as quickly as direct but I thought after over a month since closing it would have at least been posted into my account by now. I know due to the current pandemic they are working from home and it’s taking a lot longer for contracts to get posted and processed and was wondering how long some of the newer members that purchased resale had to wait to get contract posted and points loaded into their DVC acct?
