Just wondering how much DVC resale contracts were in 2017. I saw in one place the average for OKW was $68 but now can't find that site. Other sites state $74-$79. Trying to gage the yearly increase for buying add on now versus in a year and projecting cost increase. Thanks

I bought my OKW last May, double loaded (not extended) for $65 per point. It was a heck of a deal even at that time though. Average price at that time was $75-80

You were very lucky. I just bought only 92 points of the 370 for 2018 and bought for $72. I think I did a good deal wish I had 2018 points as UY is Feb but kicking myself for not buying last year

I don't know that you can base future prices on what has happened in the past. Prices seem to wax and wane throughout the year and depending on how the economy is doing. There seem to be more contracts for sale when it gets time to pay the MF's for the year as well.
Having said that, we paid about $80 per point for AKL last year.

This is true. But at least it can give a general point of understanding.

Yes, I was very happy when it passed..as other Diser’s at the time that went through the agony of waiting would attest ... lol. When I first posted on the rofr thread, most thought it wouldn’t pass. Disney took nearly every day of their 30 days to decide too. That was brutal. This contract is $15 more per point, but being that it’s extended, I’m choosing to think they cost the same per point as my others. Many financial experts on here will argue that thinking, but it works for me . Yours was a great deal!!
