Is there a central resale listing site that lists ALL the available resales (like an MLS for real estate listings) or do you have to just scan all the resellers' individual websites?

yes.

if you are looking for a smaller contract, i would get on their email lists. the timeshare store and jaki/**** have good reputations so i'd start with them.

There is no MLS type list for DVC listings.

There are 4 main agencies that sell DVC. You need to get all listing from each of the four agencies to get a full picture.

Fidelity is has the largest number of listings - by far. They have a large list because if you own DVC and call disney to sell it... they send u to fidelity. Fidelity does charge buys more in closing costs than others... but they co-broker with DVCbyResales and **********. So buy a fidelity contract thru them and save a couple hundred bucks.

DVCbyResales and ********** are two other reputable places.
