DVC resale info package?

We are in the process of purchasing our first DVC resale. I was wondering if there is a package or information that you are sent from DVC after you close?

Member ID, account info and maybe the point chart book which is available on line. The legal info like the POS sent to direct buyers isn't provided or required to be provided to resale buyers. You might find them on line or you might be able to get a copy by request from member administration.
