DVC resale contract question

Soo I'm considering buying a DVC resale contract but I'm a little confused. The website I'm looking at for example has a poly resort listing for $13956 and it says 75 pts for 2022, 2023, and 2024 but it also says deed expiration 2066. So does that mean for the $13956 I'm getting 75 points every year until 2066?

You also have to pay maintenance fees every year and they will go up with inflation.
