DVC Rent/trade board?

Is there no more rent/trade board for DVC points? If not can someone tell me why?

Sorry if this subject was brought up a long time ago, I haven't been around much because it has been 4 years since our last WDW trip...and we aren't sure when we can go again. I just wanted to check what things were renting for because when we can get things together I was really hoping to rent DVC points to stay somewhere cool
