DVC reduced annual pass

Last year Disney reduced the premium annual pass to $400. This happened in September 2012. I have heard they may do it again this year. Does anyone know? We have a trip planned in October and hoping to get this deal.

There have been no rumors about it actually happening, just members wishing it will.
