DVC purchase RSS feed problem

Trying to set up my RSS reader for the new feeds. The one on the DVC purchase forum, http://www.disboards.com/forums/purchasing-dvc.28/index.rss,
gives an error

An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.

Hi,

This error may be an after effect of the import, and hopefully should resolve itself after a few people have posted and caused the feed to update with new content.

I didn't have any problem adding that forum to my Feed (just now). After I added it, it said there wasn't any new content.

I'm still seeing problems with two feeds.
Using the cURL command line tool to diagnose (it just connects to the server and prints out the uninterpreted reply), for DVC purchase I get:
