DVC problems?

We are serouisly thinking of buying a DVC timeshare, probably at the Beach Club Villas. Has anyone out there had any problems with availability with respect to rooms with roll in showers? Any other thoughts, pro or con are welcomed.

We have been DVC members at OKW since 1993.
When you make your reservations, you will need to ask for a fully accessible room with a roll in shower. They will check on availability right then and let you know if one is available. They can block it for you at that point and guarantee it.
How hard it will be to get one will depend on how many other people need one and called before you.
