DVC points in France or England?

::cop: Has anyone used their DVC points to vacation in France or England? Was it a good experience? We are planning a trip for next year and can use any help or suggestions.

We used our points for a post-cruise stay in London at the Royal Garden Hotel. It was a great hotel, close to the tube and walking distance to some nice shopping and restaurants. There was a bus stop right outside the front door.
