DVC point and Free dining codes

Someone was talking about free dining codes, and I was wondering if this can be used when you are staying using DVC points. How do you get codes and pins??

can't be used.

no "free" dining on points stays...not ever.

if disney has your address or email address, they can send you codes and pin numbers at random or for whatever purposes they concoct...but only for cash stays.
