Has anyone been able to get through to DVC via the 1-800 number? I have been trying all day and I just get a busy signal and then the line goes dead.
 
It is the new ticket offer so lots of people calling. I read that you get busy when the number of people on hold is maxed out.
 

If they are going to offer those in the future they need to be on a completely different phone system.
They are probably short staffed due to Covid. Unfortunately I don’t think Disney cares if you wait for days on hold.

Except this is not Disney this is DVC Member Services so slightly different.

Like I said something unforeseen like COVID is what it is. They should be prepared for these things though like I said and throw them in their own specific system for things like Tickets and Special Events.

I agree it would be nice for special events but DVC MS is still short staffed and last I knew, had many workers either working from home or furloughed.

What was silly was to have the new Aulani deal come out from DVD at the same time.
