DVC Parking

We will be down during NYE, but unfortunatly we will be off property.

Can we park at our home resort and ride the bus to the parks?

Parking is for guests of the resort and those with a dining engagement (ie. Dinner).

Nope... sorry. Parking is designed to accommodate those staying at the resort. Makes you feel like an outsider, I know, but you are in this case.

You do get free parking with your membership, so you can park for free at TTC and take the bus anywhere from there. Not the same but at least it's free.

Being a DVC member does not get you free parking at the theme parks. You do get free parking at the parks if you are staying at a WDW resort or have an annual pass. Those that have the Tables in Wonderland (DDE) card can park at the theme parks for free after 5pm.

JaxFLBear is correct. Free theme park parking is not a DVC perk. It is a perk of staying onsite (including DVC resorts) or of having an Annual Pass.

I believe you are mistaken. We just came back from WDW with our own car, went to EPCOT and did not pay for parking. Our DVC Member parking pass on the dash board let us in with no charge.

You must have been staying at one of the WDW DVC resorts, - that's why your parking was free. Parking at the theme parks is free to any guest of a WDW Resort, including the DVC resorts.

Had you been staying off site, you would not have had the pass and you would not have had free parking at the theme parks.

We don't get free parking just because we are DVC members. We get free parking when we are staying on site at a DVC resort because every guest staying at an on site resort gets free parking.
