Hi, so instead of renewing our regular AP this year I was thinking about taking advantage of the DVC PAP offer, but I can't get a clear answer on a question. If I get the PAP this year then next year will I be able to downgrade back to a regular AP and still be able to pay the DVC renewal price? If not then I think I will just renew my regular AP. Thanks!!

Yes, you can renew at the regular renewal price but it will start on the day the PAP expires.

We were going to do that when our old PAPs expired but decided to get the new ones and activate them in June. Bought mine just this morning.

I'll add that you can upgrade/downgrade to any level of annual pass you are eligible for and pay the then current renewal rate for the new pass level selected. Your renewal window is up to 60 days prior and up to 30 days after the expiration date of the pass to be renewed.

Was going to use my rewards dollars for purchase of my pap. It appears I will not have enough... Can I split payment on purchasing this or do they only require one method?

You can split payment. I used Disney Visa Giftcard for part and the Visa itself for the rest
