DVC online booking problem

On Tues March 12, I tried to book Animal Kingdom and it did not go through. Even got to the confirmation page, but when I went to Travel Details nothing was there.

I had to borrow 32 points from 2015, it showed 32 point for 2014, then that disappeared and went back to 2015.

Finally called Member Services and booked it through them - they had no idea of any problems

The exact same thing happened to me maybe a month and a half ago. I had to borrow some points. After I was done, no reservation showed up under travel plans, but the borrowed points were taken. About 5 or 10 minutes later, the borrowed points were put back. I tried several times, and the same thing happened each time. When MS opened at 9am, I called and made the reservation.

I've made 2 or 3 online reservations since then with no problem. (I spend the winter in Florida and usually have several DVC stays during that time.)
