DVC offices in GA??

We had friends join DVC recently, and got the referral reward notice in the mail the other day. We chose the Disney Dollars and sent the form back. The address to mail the reward info to was in Duluth, GA. I thought all the DVC offices were in Celebration and on WDW property. I just thought it was interesting. Who handles these rewards, is it an outside company or something?

I've wondered the same thing, since Duluth is not too far from where I live.

But, my guess is that since Disney has started outsourcing things so much in the past few years, that it is just a direct marketing firm that they have hired to do the job for them. I don't know of any Disney operations near here.

Since I'm in north Atlanta I, too notice many things marked from Duluth. I think it is just the mass mailing company they use.

A few years ago I began noticing the Georgia postmark, too. I think they must have outsourced at least some of their mailings. (At least they're not coming from India).
