Is there a place other than ebay to purchase DVC items if you aren't going to be there for a while? We purchased DVC in October, but won't be there to stay until 2012. Couldn't find anything on the website about ordering items.
There were shirts hats mugs, stickers ect, @ the small shop @ BWV about 2 weeks ago...
its the shop that is just off the main lobby/check in area...towards the elevators...
We just became members in June and our first Disney trip after that was to DLR and the GC had some DVC items there that we purchased. However I have bought many items from ebay as you have already mentioned. They generally have a pretty good selection of items and includes a wide variety too. I also love to buy retro DL and WDW items as well. It is a fun way to get a Disney fix.
If you call 407- wdisney and tell the automated system you want "merchandising" it will get you to the right place. Choose option 3. These are the people who literally shop for guest who have neglected to buy an item that they wanted. I used the service last Friday, so I know that number works. They are only open M-F 9am(?) til 5:30.
Thanks for all the help! So ready for this year to go by and me be able to check in and have them say "Welcome Home" for the first official time. Makes me want to cry with happiness, just thinking about it.
it is really made shoddy. I mean it is a $49.99 fleece. I was expecting at least the stitching not to look like some factory outlet mall seconds. I still wear it and love it, but it should be more like $29.99.
SSR also had some DVC items at the Artist's Pallette. Nothing fancy. Same fleece, same price, same shoddy stitching.
Really? I was there about the same time, and I found next to nothing. Maybe it was that I found nothing I would buy. I have a windbreaker with the DVC logo and a polo shirt and DH has a hat, but I really would like some NICE logo things for a change.
I clicked on the link and checked out the DVC logo stuff, and the only thing I recall seeing this time was the ugly gray pullover hoodie with the rough edges on the logo. There might have been hats too, but we didn't need another one of those. Since I don't wear T-shirts, hoodies, or children's wear, and I already have a DVC tote, hat and luggage tags, I thought it was pretty grim.
Clicked the link and checked out the OKW items, all of these were available in December, nothing like what used to be available. There used to be a much larger assortment and better quality.
