The MDE site is having problems today as well. I've been trying to book some ADR's. I called the main Dining # and they said they're experiencing "system enhancements" and they couldn't help me either...

I just go to the ticker websites when I want to make a new one for a trip. The one I have in my sig now is from ***********************. There are other sites too. Just look for their name (usually either printed below the ticker or ghosted on top like on this one).
