DVC members how do you handle points transferring?

I have rented points out before; but I have never done a points transfer. What are the steps/procedures, funds transfer, etc?

it is pretty easy - just call ms - tell them your information then tell them the account number and name you are transfering too.

be aware that DVC is now saying ONE transfer per year. the contract says one transfer - but until recently DVC followed multiple transfers. No longer. One per member. (might be one per contract)
