It might just be me but I am having serious difficulty getting on the member website and paying my dues. I have been trying for three days! Everytime I click on dues I get a message that the page is unavailable. Is there anyone else having this promblem?

Get in line if you have complaints about the web site. While DVC does most things right. The member site is abysmal.

I got online to the DVC website with no problems. The evening hours can be horrid at times.

Same problem here, was trying to pay my dues and page came up unavailable. I'm giving up and just calling this morning to pay the dues.

Hopefully you can get them by phone. Folks were having trouble getting through yesterday. Don't use the 800 number, call 407-566-3800. Good Luck!

I bought at AKV in July and paid my first dues a couple of months later when the amount appeared online. I had a similar problem with the website when I attempted to pay by credit card, in that when I submitted all the payment information, I was advised that the page was unavailable. I double checked & as the balance was still outstanding and as I still had plenty of time to make the payment, I decided to wait on the dues statement arriving before calling MS to pay.

In the interim, my credit card statement arrived and the amount had been deducted. I checked the website & my balance was showing nil but I was surprised that I had not received confirmation of the payment transaction at the time or via e-mail.
Makes me wary of trying this again though. Has anyone else experienced this?

Me too, I can't sign in. Bummer! I am so spoiled by not having to call, now that the website is down I am really not looking forward to being on hold.

Whoops..I just started a new thread on this..Sorry! Yep...can't get in at all..Unavailable..what the theck? I can see where some areas could be down to update something or whatever, but to not even be able to log in...:::::sigh::::

I just got on and got to the payment page right away. Give it a shot now.

I to got to the payment page, but it would not accept my payment. Hitting the submit payment button brought up the 'the page you are trying to access is not available' page.

I agree with the previous poster who said the DVC member site is bad. Seems to me that most of the time it is difficult getting access to any type of transaction orientated information.
