DVC member website question

Didn't the member website used to show your DVC "member cash" reservations as well as those made on points? I do not see any of my cash reservations in the system. They were there on my last visit to the site.

Also, if we can work from 3 years of points, why is only 05 and 06 availible to look up? Has anyone heard if there plans to add 07 points soon?

I think there was confusion over the way the cash ressies were displayed. When I first saw mine online, the cash price was stated in points not dollars so it was confusing. I think I read somewhere that only point ressies were displayed after lots of queries about it. However, I am not sure where I heard that so I could be wrong

Right now the II exchanges are not showing.

I just checked my account online and in the vacations in the print on top it says that the cash reservations are not included in the display. Maybe because of the problems of showing the rates as points they decided to take them off.

I wouldn't expect any II exchanges to show up in the on line system for DVC through they should on your II system. DVC is simply not geared, nor can they particularly fathom, anyone being a DVC member but trading in through II. It took me about 10 minutes to get one of the exchange cast members to figure out what I was asking in this situation and it was a pretty simple question. And I think it was a pretty knowledgeable CM.

MS can view it by DVC reservation # which shows on your II exchange. I think they can look it up under name and possibly date as well.
