DVC Member website issue

Does anyone know if there is an issue with the DVC member website? I have been trying to log on to check my reservation and it keeps saying that I am logged on to another disney website. I have cleared all my cookies and history off of my computer and I am not logged in to another disney site. Is it just me or is it a website error. If it is me, how do I fix it?

it is working fine for me. Did you restart you computer after clearing.
 
Yep, I restarted the computer as well. It is doing the same thing to my husbands account too.:surfweb:

Sorry have no idea then. Have you signed in recently to any other Disney sites, such as Disney World. com? If so did you sign out?
 

I get that same message whenever I accidentally log in incorrectly. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with actually being logged in somewhere else --- I don't know why it doesn't just say ERROR. The second sentence in the message has a hyperlink that says Please Log Out)

If I click on that, it seems to take care of the problem. I get the 'logged out' screen and there's a place there to log in again. Just did it, and it worked for me, so hope you're successful, too.

Edited to add: but, I've also been able to log out of the computer and it would be ok when I logged back on at a later time, so perhaps you're having a different problem.
 
Make sure you are not logged on at the ESPN site or Disney Shopping or any of the other Disney sites. I have a Fantasy football team on the ESPN site and It was set up using a different e-mail address (User Name) and I get that message a lot. The best thing to do is always log out when leaving any of the Disney company sites.
 
I used to have that problem when I logged in with my email address instead of my member name. I was talking to a member service CM one day and she told me that is what caused it. She was right. As soon as I began signing in with my member name (redbudlover) I had no further problems....
 
I also had this problem when I registered at the Family Fun website- even though I was registered at every other Disney site- it screwed up my member name everywhere. The only way to fix it for me was to reset the user name and password. Member services assisted and it was fixed in no time.
