Anyone having problems getting onto the DVC Member Website? My ID has worked fine for years, last week I signed up for Disney Family.com and now today when I try to access the Members Site I have problems with my user id and password. This might serve as a warning!

Yes, the exact same thing happened to me. I talked to a technical support person by calling MS. It took several days to fix. Good luck.

This too happened to me! Talked to an IT CM and they reset my paawords and told me it was because I was using my email as my log in....

Did the disneyfamily site ask you to create a "nickname"?

I had all my disney accounts with the same info...email and password. (so really, not different accounts, right?) Then I went to join disneyfamily to enter a contest, and it asked for a "nickname". Didn't say that I was changing my username or anything, just a nickname.

Nope. Changed my username. So now even though my profile section on, say, disneyland.com, says that my email address will be used as my username, it's still the nickname I set up through disneyfamily.

once I figured it out it wasn't a problem at all. Hopefully your experience will be the same.
