I notice on my mac if I logged into ANY other Disney related site (ie ABC.com) and don't log out, I can't access the member site. Try that first......

I have trouble when using Chrome. Internet Explorer works better.

for my mac to work, I had to "quit" safari and then reopen. It works as long as I don't use the "back" button...

Last night and tonight it's not working when I try to go on via Firefox, but then it does work via Internet Explorer. During the day today I was able to get on via Firefox...very odd.

I use Firefox and it's been working just fine.

Try clearing all of your cookies and the cache. Then log into the main Disney site. Then log out. Then try logging into www.dvcmember.com Be sure to log out when done.

I have found that if you do not log out of every Disney site you visit (when done), you will have more problems than anyone else, lol.
