Wow Disney outsourced it to India too. I just spent like 45 minutes on the phone just to ask a simple question. I spent most of the time saying. What? Did not understand? What? I got a headache just trying to concentrate to nderstand her very hard deep accent.

Really--India? This is new. Did the CM say s/he was in India?
 
:confused3 I am confused...I have called Disney in general a thousand times over the years & never reached anyone outside the U.S.A. Are you sure she was in India? Maybe she just had a heavy accent.

Great news to share! :happytv: DVCnews.com posted FAQ's regarding the new online system. It states the system will be available almost 24/7 with a small window for maintenance. :cool1:

I called the (DVC Member Services) something number and I get a vice women with a very deep accent from India. Just figured they outsourced it too like everyone else

Last I knew, people with foreign accents live and work in the US as well. I do not believe DVC Member Services has moved offshore.

You should edit your post to remove that DVC phone #. It's not allowed to be posted - the DIS filter apparently didn't pick it up either due to formatting or because there is actually an error in it.

Nope. The 11/7 month windows will open at 8 a.m. Eastern. If you try to make those reservations before that, you'll get an error. Once you're within those windows, you can make reservations online around the clock.
