Wow Disney outsourced it to India too. I just spent like 45 minutes on the phone just to ask a simple question. I spent most of the time saying. What? Did not understand? What? I got a headache just trying to concentrate to nderstand her very hard deep accent.
I am confused...I have called Disney in general a thousand times over the years & never reached anyone outside the U.S.A. Are you sure she was in India? Maybe she just had a heavy accent.
DVCnews.com posted FAQ's regarding the new online system. It states the system will be available almost 24/7 with a small window for maintenance. 
Still hoping to hear about our ROFR waiver soon!!!
