DVC member perks for DVC Associate members

My daughter has been a dvc associate member the past several years. So, are the members' perks available to her if she's staying at a dvc resort, without either me or her mom (both dvc members) there? Are her nonmember guests, staying with her at the resort able to enjoy the perks?

Associate Members cannot get a blue DVC membership card and thus anything for which one needs to present such a card at WDW will not be available to her, including any discounts or access to Moonlight Magic or the Epcot Lounge. She will have access to the few things for which you only need to have a DVC reservation, such as the the ability to purchase a dining plan (no real discount) and free parking at the resort.

The purpose of the Associate membership is to make, modify and cancel reservations. That's about all.
