I believe the procedure for linking reservations between two DVC Members has changed recently. Or at least I was not aware of this new procedure since it has been a few months since I linked reservations made by different members.
MS informed me yesterday that their new procedure was to require that the DVC members place a conference call to them whenever they needed to link reservations which were made by different members. In the past, the member who held the arriving reservation could link to the second reservation by placing a call. And they agreed this was the old procedure. But from now on, both members are required to place a conference call when linking the reservations.
