DVC meet on 3-night Dream cruise

I looked at Navigators and did not see a day or time for the DVC meet on the 3-night Dream cruise. Does anyone know if it happens on embarkation day, at about 3-ish?

Prior to our last couple of DCL cruises, we receive a call from DVC letting us know when the member celebration was going to be held.
