thanks! after i posted this, i looked at the parking fees email i sent to george and the bobs and saw the pattern you suggested, so that's what i used...

you mean the one to george and the bobs? i got a call the same day from one of the CMs tasked with the job of responding to the emails to george kalogridis...
not that the email did any good of course...disney didn't walk back the policy despite a deluge of emails..
but i have to say i was very impressed with the CM...she was one of the old time CMs....and i mean that in a good way..

Yes they have wonderful CM's who deal with call backs to make us feel better but after years of talking to them I was finally told by one working at the DVC that our contacting them does little good if any. They have their business reasons and agenda and keeping us happy isn't the highest item on their list.

that was pretty clear to me even before i wrote the email, but i figured i would send it anyway..
i wrote it more to let them know how bad certain things had been at SSR....
unacceptably bad.....
i knew the email probably wouldn't do any good, but just complaining about something and not at least making an attempt to let them know would be on me not them..
so the parking fees policy change gave me the excuse to let them know what i thought it was important for them to know...
