If I am a member (3 members on deed) and have a party staying with me in my villa, are all of us able to use the epcot lounge?

You will need to show your new member card to enter the lounge.

I believe it is for you and up to 5 guests.
This is correct. We went up Saturday and the group ahead of us at the check-in podium was a party of 6 (member + 5 guests).

When you exit the lounge, they want you to stop at the podium so they can remove you from the list and open those spots to someone else.

Does that hold true for other member perks? We're taking some friends to the Grand Californian and there's an early morning in-park event they may want to attend. Can I take them?

You need to check the perk and who is allowed to attend. Usually it's the member and XX number of guests.

So...husband + wife = how many extra guests? Our group will be myself, DH and our two daughters (13 & 11)...plus my parents and my sister & BiL and their two daughters (4 & 8). That's 10 people total...so with 2 members, will we be OK?

To clarify, we aren't looking to hang out there, just more to check it out and grab a soda. I don't want it to seem like we are trying to set up a camp or anything:goodvibes.

It depends- they may count you as the same membership and only allow 5 other than the 2 of you total or they may count you each separately which may depend on how busy they are. If everyone is staying in the same villa with you, you have a better chance of getting them all in- if they are staying elsewhere then I know for things like the party at Typhoon Lagoon it would have been too many people to add.

As with most things at Disney it depends on who is guarding the gate. If you want to improve your chances just split the group into two groups and don't enter at the same time.

Try splitting up into 2 groups of 5, with a member in each group. Don't forget your Member card and photo ID.
