DVC login

Disney's log on service appears to be off line at the moment. This is affecting MDE & DVC log on.
 
Same problem here. Plus if you try to call, you get the "all circuits are busy, please try again message." This happened last week, it came back in an hour or two ...
 

Can't log in---get message that the password is incorrect, but I know it is correct!
 
So frustrating. I wish they would develop websites that worked rather than looked good! :headache:
 
I got past the login part, but now it is asking for an activation code so that I can link my acct. with Disney..I assume they mean MDE. I have already had it linked for months.:confused:
 
I'm glad its not just me! First tried to log onto the regular Disney site, kept telling me my password was wrong. Then tried DVC site, same thing! It also told me my password was wrong. I thought i was losing my mind! LOL :rotfl:
 
Last week I could not log in using chrome but could with Explorer. I called several times. First, CM person was clueless. Sorry but she kept blaming me for the issue. I finally got a CM that said there was an issue with some of the other browsers, too. He said wait a day or so and if there was something immediate he could help.

I wonder if Hewlett Packard is responsible for club website, too. MDE has numerous issues.

Try a different browser and see if that helps. This may happen on and off as they upgrade the site.

This mornings issue was not browser related. The log on process for both MDE & DVC would return an error saying the user id/password combination was not correct. This error was appearing regardless of browser.
 
Still not working... I get past the part of logging in, but then a screen pops up asking for Club I.D. and an activation code. Is anyone else being asked this also?

Nope. Looks like you need to call MS and select option 6 for web tech support.
