DVC Loan Question

We paid off our BLT loan about three weeks ago. Should we be getting something in the mail from DVD about it being paid off?

The payoff will be recorded with the county and you will receive copies from Disney.

With any loan payoff, you may not get a letter ASAP from them. It has to be processed. May be up to 2 months

It usually takes DVC a while to send out the paperwork. I'm thinking more like 3 months based on my last payoff.

What you will get is a legal document called a satisfaction of loan which Disney files with the recorder's office and which verifies that Disney no longer asserts a lien on the property interest. It often takes a month to two for it to show up.

You should see it reflected on the loans page of the member website. I paid mine off about a month ago and it was shown as paid on the member website within a couple of days.
