DVC internet charges?

Does anyone know if you are a DVC member, but not using your points for a stay, can you still use the free internet perk? If yes, is it only at a DVC resort or any Disney Resort. Thanks in advance.

I believe that it is only for DVC members staying on points or cash from MS.

And only DVC resorts. So if you use points at the GF or Polynesian, you won't get free internet there.
