We had Allianz and had to cancel a cruise a few days out due to my husband having a flair up with a pre-existing condition. We were fully refunded. I think it took a couple months to get the checks.

It seems like this is the company to go with. They are a large company, that makes me feel more secure about it. I think I remember a lady when I went to Israel telling me that they pay annually for travel insurance almost like a membership and I want to say it was Allianz. She was very happy with them.
