Only WDW has a DVC resort. None of the other Disney Parks have a DVC resort/rooms. There has been speculation that DVC might be added in Disneyland, but so far its just been rumor.
There's an interesting article here: http://www.yesterland.com/parisvillas.html about the Marriott vacation club at Disneyland Paris. Rumour has it that it was originally intended to be a Disney Vacation Club resort. Doesn't it look gorgeous? Not that it matters really, but just thought I'd share.
Who would want to have a DVC resort in Paris as their home resort? Would Disney really be able to sell this? I don't see people visiting WDW and taking a tour of rooms for the DVC in Paris and buying that as their home resort.

At last reading, 18% of DVC members are non american. Thus DVC paris would be in all likelyhood 82% european owned. Visited by europeans who love disney but cant face the horror of a transatlantic flight followed by the interogation nightmare that is caused by having the temerity to be a Non us citizen attempting to enter the USA.
Saying that, I wouldnt buy as I cant think of any reason to visit Disneyland paris again. $10 for a coke $25 a burger etc. Total rip off.
There is already a timeshare resort right there....it is a Marriott. I have never been, but from what I understand there is simply no room for another resort of this type.
