Everything i read about this resort states it will be the first "mixed-use" resort ........ What exactly does "Mixed-use" mean?

It means that the property will have DVC units as well as hotel rooms. Examples on property are AKL&V, BW/BWV, Y&BC/BCV, WL/V@WL.
