DVC guide referral?

Hello! We are interested in a small add-on (25-50 points) however, the DVC guide we originally purchased through is no longer there. I reached out to DVC member services via chat and was told that a new guide had not been assigned to us, that I could either call the main sales number to be assigned one or else they could connect me with the next available person via chat. If anyone has a referral for a guide/salesperson and can share contact details here or via PM, I would be so grateful. We loved our first guide and are hoping to find someone as friendly, knowledgeable and honest. No pressure would be nice too! We will not be on site until March next year and so hoping to do everything remotely. Thank you in advance!

Abiel was our guide, but we just received a post card from Disney that he is "no longer working in that role". I hope he wasn't let go, he was great!

Our last 2 guides either aren't coming back or left the company. Hearing that a lot. Our last add on was with Efrain Carradero. We had docs within an hour and points within 5. He went above and beyond to get us our points. Disney IT glitches for them too.
