DVC Greece?

I am not yet a member of DVC, but am planning to be very soon. Since the Dream Book doesn't list all the specific international timeshares, can someone tell me if there is anything in Greece we can use our points on? I know you have to rent traditional timeshares for a solid week outside the Disney hotels. Is there anything in Athens or on Mykonos? And, has anyone stayed there and can give reviews? Thanks!

Anyway, I was shocked to see absolutely nothing listed for Greece in any of the collections. There's a lot in Italy...but Greece, Nada.

Your guide may be able to give you more information about possible II trades to Greece. You may also wish to look at the newest list of Adventures by Disney to see if Disney will be going to Greece. Point charts for the ABD are ridiculous imho.

The Dream Book is what they give people who are planning to join the DVC. It gives point charts and info for all of the DVC hotels, but no point charts for international timeshares. It sounds like the book you're looking at does give more specifics. I just know that the international timeshare list is huge and technically "out-of-network" for Disney because they go through a much larger timeshare company for those.

The vacation planner gives point amounts for everything that you can do. Greece is not listed.

As a general rule there just aren't a lot of timeshares in Greece (maybe it's the real estate rules there or maybe folks just don't want to buy there?) There are some so I don't think it's the real estate rules so it must be the market. It may be that none of them meet the Disney standards?

Been to Greece 4 times while Mykonos and Athens are nice some other beautiful islands are Rhodes and Crete.
