DVC & Grandkids

Really glad we have DVC! Found out we will be grandparents soon...twice. Daughter is expecting twins! Because of this I just picked up a 100 point resale and looking for many more years of DVC and WDW memories!

Congratulations! That's doubly wonderful. DVC is so great. We go every year with the entire family and have taken extra trips with our granddaughter by ourselves. It is so much fun. We are even taking our granddaughter on a disney cruise next year. And we have a grandson due in Dec. Looking forward to spending disney time with him too.

Awesome, Congratulations! We have twin 22 month old grandsons and plan to take them sometime next year. Very exciting.

Added another contract to match our current SSR December use year.

Only problem is that now they may be arriving at the time my wife and I planned holiday trip to WDW! Technically due at the end of December, but expecting around the first of the month. We planned on a Dec. 4th trip! Oh well, things always work out for the best.

We are the long distance grandparents. Our DGS likes to hear the story of how when he was being born we were in WDW at a MVMCP dancing with the 7 dwarfs, and going "home" to our very first DVC stay and it was at VWL! DDiL ALWAYS chimes in about how she wishes she had been there with us!

Congratulations! We'll be taking our first grandson, now 4 months old, to WDW, along with my son and his wife, next October 2013. My other son, his fiance, & fiance's 6yo son, and their baby boy, expected this coming January, will also be going along. It will all the boys first trip! Can't wait!!!

We bought BWV in 2000..our 5 gr-kids have been raised on WDW trips...they are now in hi-school,college, & working...
The memories have been great...
DH & I go ourselves every year...relax,maybe do the parks,swim,go to many great restaurants...and of course shop.

Congratulations!! We bought in a couple of years ago and have been enjoying it with our sons, daughter and grandkids. You will enjoy it when you take them.

It is so fun to take the grandkids. We have 4, 2 boys (5 and 4) and 2 girls (2 and 2 weeks), DS also bought DVC right after he got married. We will be there in 3 weeks with DD, DSIL, DGS-5 and DGD-2. This is DGS's 4th trip and DGD's 3rd. DS ,DDIL are going in May with her parents it will be DGS-4's 6th trip and the baby's first. We are planning to go with them late Nov.-Dec. 2013. We are also in the pre planning phase of a cruise/ WDW trip in the Spring of 2014 with everyone to celebrate our 40th anniversary! We love to talk about Disney. When DGS 4 was smaller he used to ask when we could go to the other home!
