DVC Gold Badge?

I'm new to DIS Boards and have noticed some folks have a yellow badge under their user photo that says DVC Gold. What does this connote and how does one earn this badge?

Well I think I found the answer to my own question buried in a sticky on the rent/trade board. It looks like the badge refers to the membership that people who have not been on DIS Board for six months or meet the posting minimums buy in order to post on the rent/trade board.
