DVC-GCA studio question---Davids Points Rental

On the website it says sleeps 4....what if you have 5, but the 5th person is a one year old? Can I reserve this room?

Also, feedback on the David's Vacation for points...it would be a great price for Xmas time, about 390.00 per night...from 12/23-12/27...
