DVC for non-members?

I noticed on the disney web-site there was an offer for April - a very good rate- for anyone to book? It was the DVC villas. I didn't know this was possible. I thought only DVC members could stay in the villas.

No, you can pay for a villa accomdation!

I highly recommend renting points from a DVC member (if you can stay during the week.) It is so cost effective! We just stayed at BWV in a studio for $110 a night! Now we are spoiled!

So...what is the deal on the Disney Site for April???

When you look to rent points from a member, how do you know how many points will get you what?

totten-points "usually" rent for $10 a point. You can get a studio, during the week, at a slow time of year at BWV for 9 points a night. WL is 12 points a night. I just happen to have the booklet that lists all the points because I went to a DVC sales presentation. But you can find all this info out here on the DISboards...go to the DVC board and they have the charts that tell you how many points at what time of year. It is such a great deal!
