If we can’t pay our fees until after jan 15th are we putting our reservation at risk?

we are paying for them on jan 20th

No. Dues aren't technically late until Feb 15....they are due on Jan 15 but they don't take action unitl Feb 15.

The other thing you can always do if you run into a situation is set up the dues for monthly. Then, you can cancel that at anytime to pay in full.

Thank you all for your help. We have managed to find the money but will look into monthly payments for next year
