We recently became DVC members at the BCV, and we booked our first trip home for the Spring of 2003. We made a couple of room requests when we made the reservation, and the confirmation did not show any of the requests. I called member services, and gave them our requests again (they had no record of them), and I just got a new confirmation that is still incorrect. Can anyone give me any advice on how to make room requests as a DVC member? Should I just try again? Can the information be in the computer and not shown on the confirmation, similar to the confirmations for a WDW hotel? Is there a room controller for the BCV that we can fax prior to arrival?
I know that our requests are just that - requests, but I would like to be able to make the request! (I know, I know... how many times can I use the word request in a sentence!
