My wife and I have made reservations using our DVC points for two (2) studios at the Marriott's Kauai Beach Club for the week of December 15th-22nd. Each room has a king size bed and sleeps two (view to be determined upon check-in). Here's the problem.... we can't go, and rather than put the points back into the bank and "eat" the $150 ($75 each x2) exchange fee for Interval International, I thought I would see if anyone else would like them.
The rooms would normally rent for $300 a night plus tax and fees (about $2300 each), but it only used 55 points for each week (plus exchange fee) so I would like to rent each week for $700. If someone would like to offer us the points back, plus the $75 excahnge fee, that would be ok as well. I can rent out both rooms to one person, or seperate them (whatever comes first).
