DVC escalation contact info

If anyone has escalation contact info it would be appreciated. We have been trying to get a straight answer regarding tickets and I have been given vastly different answers each time. At this point my frustration level is at DONE! It is starting to feel like we get punished for being DVC Members.

Sorry I can't help with that exact info but have you contacted WDW ticketing directly? Usually they are the most informed on tickets although can get the info wrong at times too.
 
I contacted WDW ticketing directly and when I said I was a DVC member I was then transferred to DVC member services and given a completely different answer.

If it's a ticket question, DVC is not going to be a good resource.

I agree - DVC can help with tickets but they are not their specialty.

I'd try back with ticketing. Does being a DVC member have anything to do with it at all? If not then I wouldn't even bring it up. If it does...or even if it doesn't....you may be able to get your answer here faster unless it's something with usage left on a ticket or something like that.
