Shocked, SHOCKED, to find a crumbling website..... yet again . CALL CALL CALL CALL.... eventually, someone is going to figure out that a FUNCTIONING Web site is a lot cheaper .

I had literally just finished making an 11 month reservation and got my reservation number when it went down. Maybe it's my fault.

I was trying to make a reservation in the middle of the day yesterday and it went down 4 times in the middle of me putting in the info (slow learner lol). I finally just called. Got the nicest CM I just prefer to not have to deal with people more than I have to. Boy this CCV is bringing everything to its knees!

Unfortunately for me, the site started crashing in the middle of my attempt to borrow points from my next year. Somehow those 80 points are now gone. not in my upcoming use year & not able to be used this year. Since I'm in Hawaii, member services is closed until 3am HST. I even tried to see if anyone at Aulani can help me. nope. i'm so frustrated with the DVC website right now. it's been down since for over 3 hours without me being able to log in at all (OP pic is all i see) & no one at Disney available to help me. Just needed to vent. Now it's off to bed so hopefully i can wake up at 3am & get back my points.

I had the same thing happen to me. After around 20 minutes when the lock on the room I was trying to book expired my points reappeared un-borrowed.

At 3am HST, I checked the DVC site before calling & my points were back in my use year. I was able to complete the reservation I had started the day before. Thank you for asking @bumbershoot ! Hopefully DVC will iron out those glitches someday.
