DVC Disney Dining Plan Link?

Can anyone give me a link to the Disney Dining Plan for DVC members? I have been wondering which establishments are included and just what can you get each day.
I have the DDE card but have multiple reservations covering our next stay and may consider one of the shorter ones to include DDP.

You might want to look over on the DDP Sub-board of the Disney Restaurant board. The DVC version is the same as the regular DDP, one snack, one counter service, and one table service credit for each night of your stay, as well as gratuity for the Table Service meals.

The only difference is the DVC DDP does not require you to purchase any particular type of park ticket...you can get your park tickets anywhere, or have an AP.

I think the price is $38.99 per adult and $10.99 per child (9 & under), but I may be off by a $1 per person.
