DVC Discount at BOG

So, with BOG changing to a prix fixe meal, I'm wondering if DVC members will still get 10% off.

I'm assuming it's a wait and see thing. The discounts are meant to drive traffic to areas that need more of it. BoG has been selling out without a problem even without and my DVC discount. If that changes, then a discount will be added to drive traffic there.

I'm confused. There already is a discount at BOG. It shows a 10% off discount on the member website.

Well then there you go, they are looking to drive traffic there! I cannot imagine they would draw it back, as the price increase is meant to beat back part of the crowds lining up to go there in the first place.

Isn't TIW good on all sit down, with very few exceptions, such as Victoria and Alberta's? I can't imagine why they would take it away for this, especially if they are trying to drive traffic down there and the discount used to be offered when traffic was too high.

Yes, TIW is good at most TS restaurants but not ALL of them. (Not at La Hacienda, Chefs de France is lunch only, not Teppan Edo, Yak & Yeti, Boathouse, Rainforest, T-Rex etc. - mostly ones that are not Disney owned). But you never know when they make changes...

There are a lot of discounts for DVC that aren’t part of TiW; particularly at Swan and Dolphin. I suspect it has to do with their target audience. Also, offering a discount for certain people is probably easier than enrolling in a discount program.

Yes - there is a 10% discount there for AP & DVC.

I got to pull out the lists again since there are lots more non Disney owned places. Morimoto is tiw? I swear I used it there last trip? I didn’t realize about boathouse.
