dvc dining question RCI exchange

I got an email tonight that a week in disney is available for us at Saratoga Springs. I have a week from RCI that I am exchanging. My question can I buy the dining plan for our 7 day trip?

Yes. I belive that your RCI confirmation (once you get it) will come with a contact number for MS so that you can call and add the dining plan to the reservation.
